Job Description Summary: This field-based position is responsible for customer support, focused on preventive and corrective maintenance of biomedical / clinical equipment utilized in hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and community health centers. The successful candidate will have the ability to or troubleshoot and diagnose minor and complex technical issues independently. One should also be a self-starter with the ability to manage service call scheduling, parts inventory, and customer relations with minimal supervision.
