Job Description Preconstruction Project Manager The Preconstruction Project Manager is responsible for the success of the schedule, logistics, utilities, permitting, and other key elements for each project they manage. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)., • 5+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, procurement, or project management within the construction industry., • Experience with cost estimation, bid management, contract negotiation, and value engineering., • Knowledge of local building codes, permitting processes, and regulatory compliance., • Proven track record in coordinating with design teams, trade contractors, and utility providers during preconstruction phases.
