Job Description This role supports daily shop operations through administrative coordination and production planning. The position serves as a key link between production, maintenance, HR, and management to ensure smooth workflows, timely scheduling, and clear communication. Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm and Friday 7:30am-12:00pm Key Responsibilities: • Open, track, and follow up on internal service tickets, • Manage equipment, tooling, and supply restocking and ordering, • Handle email correspondence, rush requests, and urgent production issues, • Support HR-related tasks, including translations for reviews and meetings, • Assist with event coordination and cross-department projects, • Experience in administrative support and/or production planning (manufacturing environment preferred), • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, • Clear written and verbal communication, • Comfortable working with production schedules, metrics, and internal systems, • Bilingual (English/Spanish), • Weekly pay, • Company Matching 401 (K) program, • Dental Insurance, • Vision Insurance, • Health Insurance, • Paid Time Off, • Paid Holiday
