The Manager will serve as the single point of contact with Merck for all Program related communication., • Accurate and timely reporting of all visits, including but not limited to the type of education conducted, length of visit, and office that was visited. A visit is defined as a customer interaction-in-services and scheduled or unscheduled customer engagements., • Report on interactions with HCPs and HCP staff, • Complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner. Some of these could include but are not limited to; daily computer updates, weekly summary of activity reports, emails and monthly expense reports, • Coordinate and schedule travel to oncology offices with client Sales Representatives, • Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers, • To attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments that Inizio or the Client requires, to an appropriate standard and within a specified timeframe, • Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences, as required, to keep abreast of plans, activities and developments and to exchange knowledge and experience within the team, • Maintain all company equipment and materials in accordance with company instructions., • Comply with all Inizio Policies and Procedures, along with all Client Policies and Procedures as required, • Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state laws., • To possess a full valid US driver’s license at all times and to notify the company immediately of any offences or accumulation of penalty points, • Perform other duties as requested What do you need for this position? • Active nursing license to be in good standing in at least one state in which the in-services are being conducted., • Must have at least three (3) years of oncology nursing experience that includes, but is not limited to, direct patient care, physical assessment, patient education, group in servicing, and proficiency in peripheral IV access. Chemotherapy infusion experience required., • Strong problem-solving skills., • Demonstrable organizational skills and/or previous territory management is preferred, • A self-starter with high personal motivation, • Valid motor vehicle license and proof of insurance., • Ability to travel, including overnight travel. The amount of travel varies by territory but may be up to 100% travel., • Must have good communication, speaking, and writing skills. Ability to conduct one on one and group presentations, manage administrative responsibilities consistent with a field-based territory management position. Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for keeping machinery and equipment used in an industrial environment operating effectively. This position is an essential part of the success of the business, and requires proactive thinking to evaluate equipment and diagnose and repair potential problems before critical failure. You will be required to use your acquired mechanical and electrical skills, as well as seeking information from others to find and implement the best possible solutions to keep machinery and equipment in top notch condition and running efficiently as possible. The Mechanic is expected to diagnose issues and deliver solutions. This position requires ability to think and reason, initiative to move forward to complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal guidance, and conduct all business dealings in a professional manner at all times. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: § Inspect machines and equipment regularly for signs of potential malfunctions, including visual inspections, listening for irregular noises, and other preventative measures. § Daily communication with machine operators asking if they are experiencing and issues or irregularities with their equipment. § Recommend Preventative Measures and Activities for routine inspection that will help reduce the risk of equipment failure. § Perform emergency repairs safely and with a sense of urgency. § Utilizing your experience, be a Champion for Safety, bringing awareness and implementing improvements to keep all coworkers safe.
