If this is your dream then go for it, you may make a few more dollars in the long term but it will come with a cost of stagnation clinically which is why you chose this field in the first place. Learn the difficult things no one else is teaching you and get good with the skills no one else is comfortable showing you in order to get to financial freedom Going back to school for your MBA cannot teach you real business skills and will put you in more debt. You will learn from theoretical professors who never ran a small business and never actually worked in healthcare.
