The incumbent may serve as Secretary to a Department Head or other administrator. Minimum Qualifications: • Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university with an Associate's or higher-level degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or a related field and one (1) year of full-time paid, or its part-time equivalent, clerical work experience; OR, • Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and three (3) years of full-time paid, or its part-time equivalent, clerical work experience; OR, • Five (5) years of full-time paid, or its part-time equivalent, clerical work experience; OR, • An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of A, B and C above. Salary:An initial starting hourly rate of $23.86. This position is contingent upon adequate funding. Job Description The Residence Manager develops, implements and maintains residential, recreational and learning systems within the residence and campus environments. The Residence Manager is responsible for ensuring the living environment is structured to support independent skill development while remaining a safe, clean, pleasant, age appropriate home.
