What You'll Do: • Lead jury trials in high-stakes medical malpractice and wrongful death cases, • Represent injured clients from intake through verdict, • Prepare pleadings, motions, and legal memos, • Take and defend depositions, • Negotiate settlements that reflect your client's true losses, • Attend court appearances and occasional in-office client meetings, • J.D. from an accredited law school, • Admitted to the New York Bar, • Experience in at least 3 jury trials, • Deep understanding of New York med mal and personal injury law, • Strong advocacy skills in voir dire, cross-exam, and closing, • Empathy, bedside manner, and a calling to serve, • Base Salary: $150,000/year, • Full health insurance, retirement plan, and firm-paid CLE, • Equity Opportunity: Eligible for an equity ownership interest in the firm-vesting after 3 years of employment, • Trial-First Culture: Immediate trial opportunities with complex, high-stakes cases, • A mission-driven firm committed to changing lives, • Elite support team and mentorship from John H.
