Job Description JOB DEFINITION: The Registered Nurse will work with the CN Guidance FACT Team to deliver services to those individuals who are diagnosed with severe mental illness and whose needs have not been met by more traditional service delivery approaches. The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care and implements treatment plans under the direction of the Nurse Manager and medical staff, following established clinical guidelines, policies, and procedures. The RN will also advise the psychiatrist of all medication renewal needs., • Must be available (along with other members of the Forensic ACT Team) on an as needed basis twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, including responsibility for periodic pager coverage., • Responsible for making a minimum of four (4) to six (6) client visits daily. These visits are to be chosen at the beginning of each work day and identified on the client work board in the bullpen by the RN's initials., • Responsible for entering the documentation for each client visit in the IMA System as instructed by the team leader within twenty-four (24) hours after the client visit.
