Job Description Ultimate Care is looking for a talented Per Diem Registered Nurse to join our team! The Home Health Nurse will be responsible for providing high quality and coordinated care to patients in their homes and communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health care, an understanding of state and federal regulations, and a passion for helping patients live their best lives.
