Job Description The Front Office Supervisor reports directly to the Front Office Manager. The purpose of the Front Office Supervisor is to oversee the day to day running of Reception. In addition to the basic reception duties you will also be responsible for assisting in motivating and developing team members. As a result you should be someone who empowers staff and advocates personal growth and development whilst working to provide an unforgettable personalized experience for each and every guest.
