Job Description The successful UCaaS Channel Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and managing client relationships for cloud-based communication solutions, including voice, video, messaging, and collaboration platforms. The job is a hunting position, focused on recruiting new partners, with a focus on new logo generation. In this role you will be expected to learn current and developing products, become a trusted advisor for partners you recruit, blending sales, consulting, and customer success, working with businesses to modernize their communications infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Partner Recruitment & Relationship Management • Recruit and maintain relationships with assigned channel partners, • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and supportSales Enablement, • Train partners on UCaaS & AI enabled products, pricing, and competitive positioning, • Assist partners with sales strategies, demos, and proposalsPipeline Development, • Work with partners to identify, qualify, and progress sales opportunities, • Help drive partner-generated pipeline and revenue growthDeal Support, • Collaborate with internal teams (sales engineers, marketing, operations), • Support quoting, pricing, and contract processesPerformance Tracking, • Monitor partner performance and pipeline activity, • Maintain accurate records in HubspotMarket Awareness, • Stay informed on UCaaS trends, competitors, and industry developmentsRequired Qualifications, • Bachelors degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred), • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles, • Strong existing relationships with VARs/MSPs/MSSPs/System Integrators, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Basic understanding of UCaaS/CCaaS/ or cloud technology, • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications, • Experience with Hubspot, • Exposure to telecom, VoIP, AI, or UCaaS products, • Previous internship or role in sales, partnerships, or customer successKey Skills, • Relationship building, • Sales and negotiation fundamentals, • Presentation and training skills, • Problem-solving/Solution Selling, • Time managementCompensation, • Base salary is DOE + Commissions, • Includes medical, dental, vision, LTD,STD, etc. This is a remote position.
