Position: Immigration Paralegal Manager (Global Law Firm) Location: Summit, NJ (Hybrid) Company: Global AM100 Law Firm Comp Package: Base salary up to 175K, overtime eligibility, full benefits package, 401K, PTO, bonus eligibility, etc Summary for Immigration Paralegal Manager: We’re seeking an Immigration Paralegal to join a globally recognized AM100 law firm known for its strong culture, high-caliber work, and significant client visibility; in this role, you’ll support attorneys on a high-volume business immigration caseload while enjoying autonomy in managing matters, direct exposure to complex filings, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where your contributions are highly valued. Key Responsibilities for Immigration Paralegal: • Prepare and compile immigration petitions and applications across multiple visa categories including H-1B, L, E, TN, O-1, PERM, and I-140 matters, • Manage day-to-day activity for large business immigration client portfolios and oversee assigned support team members, • Serve as a primary client contact, communicating case updates, procedural guidance, and immigration solutions while managing escalations as needed, • Collaborate with attorneys to manage team workflows, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely completion of filings and client deliverables, • Lead and mentor paralegals and administrative staff through training, onboarding, performance feedback, and process guidance, • Maintain oversight of case management systems, client communications, and immigration filings with government agencies, • Prepare and monitor immigration applications, petitions, client submissions, and reporting while tracking case progress and potential processing delays, • Support large-scale client projects and program initiatives by coordinating communications, filing strategies, and workflow management Requirements for Immigration Paralegal: • Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent relevant experience required, • 7+ years of corporate immigration paralegal experience within a law firm environment, • 5+ years of managing and reviewing work of junior and mid-level paralegals, • Experience preparing immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions independently, • Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional client-facing ability, • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), • Familiarity with immigration case management systems (e.g., INSZoom) preferred
