About the Role Figure is a leader in the real-estate secured small business (SMB) finance space by enabling business owners to acquire secured funding in the fastest and most cost-efficient manner: tapping their home equity with a Figure HELOC. We are searching for a partner success associate to activate key Independent Sales Organization (ISO) and financing broker relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring SMB leads seamlessly flow through Figure's funnel. On a day-to-day basis, this means ensuring ISO/broker partners are able to easily submit financing opportunities to Figure and that small business owners are provided a best-in-class borrower experience.
