JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Work with the project and installation team to assist in all aspects of Construction Projects, assisting with document and information flow from inception to closeout., • Complete project bookings as per established procedures, • Manage project file structures in hardcopy and digital formats, • Prepare billing (AIA) summaries for all project managers and perform contract invoicing along with updating on WIP log, • Prepare and submit contracts and construction permits when required, • Work with project management to ensure field staff are provided with daily schedules and relevant information, • Prepare & track RFI’s, Submittals, and change orders., • Purchasing/ordering/receiving equipment and coordinating delivery to project worksite or company warehouse with project managers, • Completing RMA’s for returns of defective materials, • Maintain tax exempt certificates from customers and prepare for vendors, • Run Purchase order and/or labor reports for Project Managers, • Attend departmental and intercompany meetings as requested, • Obtain certificates of insurance for customers and from subcontractors, • Prepare and process subcontractor agreement paperwork, • Review vendor/subcontractor invoice discrepancies when necessary, • Project filing- purchase orders, packing slips, spec sheets, and similar, • Compile and submit closeout packages and warranty statements for projects, • Assist with answering company phone lines when receptionist is unavailable, • Adhere to all established company standard operating procedures and recommend improvements when applicable, • Perform other duties as needed ACCOUNTABILITIES • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all assigned tasks, • Deliver work in a timely manner and meet internal estimate deadlines, • Communicate effectively with team members and request guidance when needed, • Follow safety procedures and company policies when on job sites ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT This position reports to the local Operations Manager. The Senior Product Analyst supports the ideation and development of new product features, including emphasis on expanding and enhancing our telematics program, with goals of improving pricing, competitive position and ease of doing business for Plymouth Rock’s personal lines products sold in the assigned market(s) for the Direct division. This person extracts data for analysis and implementation of new rating plans, improvements in the telematics program, new underwriting rules, process improvements, and other initiatives to support profitable growth and improve competitive position. RESPONSIBILITIES • Acts as Product liaison with other departments that interface with the group., • Support the advancing the personal lines products sold in the Direct division across all regions, including identifying opportunity areas in our pricing, product offering and telematics program and developing product changes to enhance them., • Support the business to achieve budgeted growth and profitability business results., • Effectively uses available tools and data systems to analyze business issues and communicates the findings to management., • Understand predictive modeling and other quantitative concepts; being a resource in interpreting these concepts for business application., • Understand the competitive, legislative, and regulatory environments to identify trends and opportunities., • Collaborate with third party vendors to achieve company goals more effectively and cost efficiently., • Interface with other departments to address their needs as they relate to the product., • Collaborates with State Management and Information Technology teams to facilitate product and underwriting systems changes., • Perform other job-related duties as assigned. SALARY RANGE The pay range for this position is $85,000 to $119,500 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including employee knowledge and experience, role scope, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Job Description JOB SUMMARY Responsible for maintaining operational condition of Podzilla equipment at all Storage Centers within a designated territory. Responsible for making sure all preventative maintenance and documentation of work using Work Orders. Assist with ensuring a safe and clean working environment, inside and out, for assigned territory. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Perform scheduled maintenance and minor repair on our patented hydraulic lift system (Podzilla), to include small engine troubleshooting, 12V electrical diagnostics, and occasional light tack welding, metal griding and cutting, when required. · Complete and maintain records on repairs and scheduled preventive maintenance using Work Order System and provide updates to management as needed · May require ordering of parts from internal and external sources · Responsible for all PODS owned repair tools and diagnostic equipment · May provide training to Drivers on proper use of lift system to eliminate unnecessary repairs. · Flexibility to travel between storage centers in an assigned territory · May perform preventative maintenance on forklifts. · May perform minor repairs on flatbed trucks by light welding, metal grinding and cutting. · When required, repair damaged containers to PODS standards and perform light carpentry work and repair in storage centers (less than 20% of time) · May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILTIES · Typically reports to Management.
