Key Qualifications: Must-Have • 15–20+ years of experience in technology and architecture leadership, with at least 5 years as a Chief Architect in similar size organizations., • Background in platform, payments, fintech, e-commerce, or other high-transaction, high-availability industries strongly preferred., • Proven track record of establishing architecture functions in organizations without existing standards., • Deep expertise across enterprise, solution, application, data, and security architectures., • Mastery of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven design., • Exceptional leadership and communication skills — able to educate, influence, and inspire at all levels., • Strong change management experience: capable of building frameworks, gaining buy-in, and embedding practices.
