As a member of the ETF and Index Portfolio Management team you will professionally manage Bitwise’s suite of index products including ETFs, private funds, and SMAs. In this daily production environment, you will ensure tight portfolio performance to benchmarks while keeping top of mind all procedures and controls to minimize operational risk and trading errors. You will provide timely trade execution for subscriptions/redemptions and create/redeems, all index rebalances and model changes, in accordance with the investment objectives of the portfolios. You will analyze performance, produce performance attribution and handle basket files, and NAV questions. You will work with our third party service providers to ensure the integrity of our daily NAVs and basket files. You will be the primary point of contact for all index data related questions, own follow up and issue resolution with index providers. Job DescriptionPosition: Inpatient Care Manager The Inpatient Care Manager reports directly to the Market Physician Executive (MPE) within their Pod and is responsible for engaging with Monogram’s attributed patients and their families in inpatient facilities. This role’s primary responsibility is to find, engage and enroll new patients in the Monogram program. However, this person will also spend time visiting currently enrolled patients who are hospitalized and provide support with discharge planning or social services. The Inpatient Care Manager might also complete these activities occasionally for patients in outpatient settings, such as dialysis centers or primary care clinics. In all these situations, the Inpatient Care Manager will need to be empathetic, inquisitive and resourceful to identify and solve for the patient’s unique needs. In many instances, this person will need to coordinate with hospital or payer staff to gain access and reach these objectives. The Inpatient Care Manager must be confident and able to overcome barriers to access facilities and patients. This person will attend their Pod’s daily concurrent review rounds, to stay apprised of newly admitted patients and build their work queue for the day. The needs of the Pod’s change frequently so it’s important that the Inpatient Care Manager maintain a tight working relationship with their MPE, Market Administrative Coordinator (MAC) and Clinical Performance Lead (CPL). Job Description Overview Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) and the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi & North Central Bronx seek a Chairperson, OBGYN. The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is a unified Department across the two campuses of Jacobi and North Central Bronx (NCB). Both facilities are members of the largest public health system in the country and serve the diverse community in the surrounding neighborhoods of the Bronx and lower Westchester County. Jacobi and NCB are major clinical affiliates and teaching sites of the Albert Einstein Medical College and have recently developed a teaching relationship with City University of New York. This major Department covers two campuses with two Labor and Delivery Units and just under 3,000 deliveries. It has the full complement of all subspecialties, with a robust Midwifery program, and a strong Physician Assistant division. Approximately 100 full-time employees reside within the Department. A Level III NICU supports both campuses. Construction of a new post-partum unit at Jacobi Medical Center is underway. The position reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Executive Officer of the hospital.
