Relentless in our work, we enhance lives through action, education, and accelerating change.WHAT WE BELIEVE INNKF’s Mission is what we do, our Values are how we do it: • Accountability- Earn and Keep Trust, • Collaboration-Work as a team, • Communication- Empower with information, • Community-Build stronger community, • Compassion- Lead with care and respect, • Lead the full production lifecycle of video projects, including concepting, scripting, storyboarding, shooting, editing, motion graphics/animation, delivery, and archiving, • Work closely with the Creative Director to ensure all videos are on-brand and consistent, • Produce platform-specific deliverables, including short-form social videos, vertical formats, and broadcast content, • Create polished motion graphics and animation for intros, lower-thirds, data visualizations, and promotional pieces, • Manage technical aspects of audio recording, multitrack editing, mixing, and integration of music, voiceovers, and sound effects, • Produce livestreams and remote interview sessions using StreamYard and similar cloud-based tools, streaming to platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, • Coach and guide non-technical interview subjects through remote recording set-up, including lighting, framing, audio, and software checks, • Maintain and organize NKF’s video asset library, repurpose footage, and ensure proper metadata and formatting, • Collaborate with internal departments to align video content with organizational goals and messaging, • Create proposed storyboards before production begins, • Document and improve workflows over time, • Support national launches of campaigns for various departments, including marketing, donor development, cause marketing, public policy, and scientific activities, • Operate professional cameras (e.g., Sony PMW-F3 or similar), prosumer camcorders, HD/SD formats, lighting/grip, and studio/field production equipment, • Use audio tools such as small-format mixers, EQ/compression, effects processors, and field/studio audio techniques, • Maintain and grow NKF’s video asset library, repurposing footage and producing new creative as needed, • Create content that is culturally sensitive and reflective of the diverse communities NKF serves, • Minimum 7–10 years of experience as a video editor and videographer in a similar role, • Strong proficiency in motion graphics and animation, especially using Adobe After Effects, • Experience with remote recording and livestream platforms, specifically StreamYard, • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), • Demonstrated expertise in editing, sound mixing, and integrating music/SFX, • Creative thinker with strong storytelling ability, • Excellent time management; ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines, • Ability to understand project goals and translate them into compelling visual content, • Experience creating concept boards, storyboards, and pre-visualization documents, • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills, • Excellent interpersonal communication skills; patience and ability to coach non-technical individuals during remote recordings, • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and remain professional under pressure, • Ability to retain and protect confidential material, • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plusOUR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, • Final Cut Pro X experience, • Bilingual (English/Spanish)COMPETENCIES, • Accountability: Takes ownership of actions, decisions and results, ensuring high standards of performance and transparency., • Collaboration: Collaborates effectively with peers and stakeholders, contributing to shared team goals. Job Description The Entertainment Community Fund (formerly The Actors Fund), a nationwide human services organization that helps all professionals in performing arts and entertainment, seeks a Video Producer / Video Editor to play a key role in bringing the Entertainment Community Fund’s mission-driven stories, workshops, and educational content to life. The ideal candidate is both a strong visual storyteller and a meticulous editor, comfortable working in a small but growing in-house studio environment and is excited to help shape the way the Entertainment Community Fund communicates with and supports performing arts professionals nationwide. RESPONSIBILITIES The Video Producer / Editor will create high-quality, accessible video content across educational, promotional, and storytelling projects. This role will execute post-production from rough cut through final delivery, including editing, audio mixing, color correction, motion graphics, captions, and versioned exports for web, LMS, social, and fundraising use. Working closely with the Learning Producer, the Video Producer / Editor helps translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual stories, while maintaining ECF’s brand standards and accessibility requirements. The role will also support studio and on-location production as needed and maintain organized project files, media archives, and delivery timelines. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 3–8+ years of video editing experience in a professional or high-volume production environment., • Expert proficiency in Davinci Resolve or comparable NLE; strong skills in After Effects or comparable motion graphics tools., • Solid understanding of color correction, audio workflows, and post-production pipelines., • Experience working with brand guidelines and accessibility standards (captions, readable motion graphics, etc.), • Strong storytelling instincts and an ability to shape narrative from interviews, voiceovers, and documentary-style footage., • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team., • Exceptional organizational and file-management habits. PREFERRED QUALITIES • Experience with e-learning, educational media, or nonprofit communications., • Familiarity with Storyline 360 workflows, SCORM deliverables, or LMS content delivery., • Knowledge of multi-camera editing and syncing workflows., • Experience recording interviews or operating studio equipment.
