Job DescriptionRN Supervisor Pay Range $38/hour to $44/. hour (including shift differential) Location: Gasport, NY Shift: Full-Time Annual Salary: $79,040 - $96,520 (depending on experience) Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for select shifts Absolut Care of Gasport, a 5-star rated 80-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our compassionate and professional clinical team. We're located just 15 minutes from Lockport and 25 minutes from Williamsville. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise nursing staff including LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care. * Coordinate daily staffing, patient care assignments, and clinical activities. * Administer medications, treatments, and wound care per resident care plans. * Provide direct resident care and respond to changes in resident conditions. * Support interdisciplinary collaboration and ensure regulatory compliance. * Assist in onboarding, mentoring, and performance coaching for team members. * Document accurately and report changes in resident conditions to providers and leadership.
