We are looking for RNs with strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills. The role will involve reviewing sitter orders within EPIC, partnering with frontline staff to verify the right sitter (in person vs virtual) for the patient, collaborating closely with UCHealth's Staffing Office and House Supervisors for fulfilling sitter requests, and re-evaluating type of sitter from a productivity and resource allocation standpoint. This individual will work closely with our Safety View Technicians (virtual sitters) and provide support and guidance as needed.
