Job Description Property Administrator Belleville, NJ • Old Bridge, NJ • Deptford, NJ $62,000 – $66,000+ / year (depending on experience) OVERVIEW A well-established healthcare real estate firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to support property management operations across a portfolio of commercial medical office buildings. This role provides critical administrative, operational, and accounting support to Property Managers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate financial tracking, and strong tenant and vendor communication. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong attention to detail, organization, and professionalism. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Provide administrative and operational support to assigned Property Manager(s), • Process invoices and assist with accounts payable and receivable activities, • Maintain organized and accurate tenant, lease, vendor, and property files, • Manage correspondence, including drafting communications and distributing notices, • Assist with scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and internal coordination, • Support tenant relations through communication, onboarding materials, and follow-ups, • Dispatch maintenance and coordinate service requests as directed, • Maintain and update Yardi database, including tenant, lease, and billing information, • Assist with financial reporting, rent rolls, tenant ledgers, and budget tracking, • Prepare and distribute reports including delinquency, rent increases, and contact lists, • Ensure compliance with lease terms, insurance requirements, and company policies, • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred, • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate administration or property management support, • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), • Experience with Yardi preferred, • Understanding of leases, contracts, and property management operations, • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills, • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesIDEAL CANDIDATE TRAITS, • Highly organized and detail-oriented, • Strong client-service and team-oriented mindset, • Proactive and dependable, • Professional communicator with strong follow-through, • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentTHE PERKS!, • $62,000 – $66,000+ annual compensation (depending on experience), • Company-paid Medical and Dental Insurance, • 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, • Paid Time Off Program, • Company-paid Basic Life Insurance, • Voluntary Life Insurance (Spouse & Dependents), • Short & Long-Term Disability Insurance, • Flexible Spending Accounts (Health & Dependent Care), • Health Savings Account (HSA), • Educational Assistance
