Organize staff meetings, trainings, and internal communications. 4. Financial & Billing Oversight Oversee billing processes, including insurance claims, payments, and invoicing. Track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances. Prepare basic financial reports for management review. 5. Compliance & Policy Management Ensure compliance with healthcare, licensing, and insurance regulations. Maintain updated office policies and procedures. Assist in preparing for audits and accreditation reviews. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting. Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare office procedures.
