JOB SUMMARY As an Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store, ensuring the highest performance possible in all areas within the operation. Jointly you will be responsible for adhering to market-specific legal requirements, company policies, cleaning, and compliance structures. You are expected to have a full overview of the store and lead your team members when your Store Manager is not present ensuring efficient workflows, great guest experiences, and high-quality products. Your overall success in this position depends on the degree to which all operational conceptual in-store requirements are followed in order to deliver best-in-class guest experiences turning regular customers into beloved returning guests.     11th House Agency is a fast-paced talent management office representing artists with recognizable work across fashion, film, music, commercials, and entertainment. We're looking for an Agent Assistant to join our NYC office and start immediately. This is an entry-level role with salary commensurate with experience, ideal for someone with prior experience as a personal or executive assistant who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. You'll work closely with agents and gain hands-on exposure to client relations, artist management, production, negotiations, sales, and agency operations, with room to grow into more responsibility as you develop. Schedule & Location Based in the WSA Building in Manhattan. Hybrid schedule (in-person Tuesday through Thursday). POSITION SUMMARY The Joe & The Juice Team is looking for a highly motivated, skilled tax professional to join our in-house tax team. Based in New York City, this role will report into the Senior Manager, Tax, in Copenhagen. The Manager of Tax will be a key member of the tax team, responsible for the day-to-day operations, including the accuracy and timeliness of compliance and tax reporting matters. This position will support direct and indirect tax compliance and tax accounting matters for Joe & The Juice's US and global operations. The role will partner with Accounting and Finance stakeholders to support them with all tax related matters. The role interfaces with partners across the organization, including the Accounting, Treasury, HR, Finance, Real estate & Growth and Legal teams to optimize existing processes, solve business challenges, design new workflows, and implement new technology solutions to drive efficient and accurate reporting. You will be responsible for strengthening relationships with third party advisors. You will be a critical member in the development of an adaptive Tax department that continues to scale to support Joe & The Juice's growth goals. The ideal candidate takes a proactive approach towards driving quality results, thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks creatively, and strives to consistently exceed expectations.
