Reporting to the Preventative Maintenance Supervisor, this role supports the HVAC department by overseeing the reception, storage, and distribution of HVAC-related materials. The HVAC Inventory Clerk ensures precise inventory management to facilitate timely access to parts while providing reports and data necessary for effective decision-making. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Maintain and update accurate inventory records for HVAC parts in the inventory management system., • Conduct regular stock counts to reconcile physical HVAC inventory with database records., • Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming HVAC shipments, ensuring accuracy in documentation and reporting discrepancies., • Organize, label, and store HVAC parts for efficient identification and retrieval, ensuring compliance with safety and storage protocols., • Generate and distribute inventory reports related to HVAC parts to management and other departments as required., • Provide training and support to team members and co-workers on inventory management procedures specific to HVAC parts., • Collaborate with HVAC service technicians and project managers to ensure timely availability of parts and materials needed for service calls and installations., • Perform other duties as assigned by the Inventory Supervisor or Management. Hourly Pay: $20 per hour General Description: The position of Patient Services Clerk is a full-time appointment requiring a minimum of 35 hours of service per week to the College. Function: • Reports to the Director of Clinical Operations., • Support the Mission of the College., • Collaborate with the Dean of Clinical Education, Assistant Dean of Clinical Education, Billing Manager, Assistant Billing Manager, health center staff, and other members of the College faculty, staff, and administration. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: • Greet and sign-in patients when they arrive for their appointment. Ensure patients complete the necessary paperwork upon arrival., • Record and track referrals as necessary.
