Job Description SUMMARY: The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will work with the Shipping Supervisor to assist and handle products/materials both inbound and outbound of Exploring owned companies. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will ensure the receipt of shipments, quality inspect shipments, prepare items for shipping, load/unload trucks and assure materials have been handed off to the appropriate manager/leads within the building. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES • Ensure all materials are received or shipped out per the company standard., • When needed create and complete shipping and receiving manifests and reports (includes damaged and missing item(s) reports)., • Record order details on the computer system., • Pack items into containers for shipping., • Label package with all vital information., • Monitor inventory and order more units as needed., • Direct the movement of products/materials from receiving to appropriate storage and/or work areas., • Notify project managers or shop leads of received materials., • When needed review shipping notices, invoices, orders, and other documents so as to determine priorities, shipping methods, and schedules in order to meet deadlines., • Assist with inventory reconciliation., • Physically load and unload trucks., • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition., • Manage human and material resources needed for shipping and receiving., • Upload photos, BOLs, and other shipping documents to GBMS, • Ensure adherence to proper loading operations., • Ensure adherence to OSHA safety regulations. Hearing and vision correctable to within normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, receiving ordinary information, and preparing or inspecting documents. The ability to remain in a stationary position roughly 50% of the time, as well as the ability to move about the facility is required. Using a computer while sitting for extended periods is common; must also be able to lift and move materials when necessary. Occasional heavy lifting (50+ lbs.) may be required (for example, moving finished goods from inventory to shipping area). Good manual dexterity required to use common office equipment (e.g., computers, mobile devices, calculators, copiers, scanners). Work Environment: Moderate physical activity. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 50 pounds and/or standing and/or walking an average of eight (8) hours per day. The job is performed indoors in a traditional, temperature-controlled office setting and in a warehousing facility. Will divide time between sitting at a desk (while using a computer or other device) and moving about the shipping area and warehouse.

Follow all corporate safety guidelines and policy., • Maintain all parts in “will call” by ensuring that all parts pulled are placed in the appropriate “will call” bin and all paperwork associated with the order is placed with the parts., • Maintain all junk core inventory by ensuring that all cores are checked in and tagged with the customer information, original invoice number and credit memo number. Place all junk cores in the assigned area and returns weekly. Ship or dispatch delivery of all cores to respective vendors., • Dispatch parts drivers to addresses indicated on the sales invoice or purchase order., • Must be able to read a map and develop specific driving directions and instructions to be provided to each driver as needed., • Process and maintain all returns by properly putting up all parts being returned from customers.
