The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day rhythm of multiple art school locations. This role partners closely with regional and corporate leadership to translate big-picture vision into consistent, high-quality experiences on the ground. How You’ll Make an ImpactOperational School Support * Support daily operations across multiple art school locations, helping each space deliver a consistent, welcoming, and professional experience. * Visit schools regularly to observe, support, and strengthen operational best practices. * Partner with School Directors to troubleshoot challenges and keep schools running at their best. * Track follow-ups and action plans to ensure ideas turn into results. Training & Team Development * Support the rollout of training programs for school Directors and frontline teams. * Assist with onboarding and training coordination for new leaders. * Reinforce learning through coaching, observation, and thoughtful feedback. * Track training completion and growth across locations. Process Improvement & Special Projects * Collaborate on cross-functional projects spanning operations, marketing, HR, and training. * Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements that support both people and performance. * Help build clear standards, playbooks, and tools that make creative environments easier to manage. * Coordinate timelines and rollouts so initiatives land smoothly. Insights, Reporting & Communication * Prepare weekly and monthly summaries that tell the story behind the numbers. * Track KPIs such as enrollment, staffing, customer experience, and productivity. * Maintain dashboards and operational trackers that help teams stay aligned. * Act as a connector between corporate strategy and in-school reality. People, Culture & Experience * Champion company values and service standards. * Support performance improvement and accountability with empathy and clarity. * Assist with engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and morale-building efforts. * Help create environments where staff feel supported and inspired. What We’re Looking For * 2–5 years of experience in operations, multi-location support, retail/hospitality, arts education, or creative business environments. * Experience working across multiple locations is strongly preferred. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and great at follow-through. * Comfortable balancing structure with flexibility in creative settings. * Strong communicator who builds trust with diverse teams. * Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insight. * Willingness and ability to travel regularly between locations. Salary and Schedule: This is a Full time Position, 5 days per week with some weekend hour requirements (Saturday or Sunday) * Salary: $55,000–$60,000 * Benefits: medical, dental, vision and 401k * Free art classes for yourself and your immediate family
