Your Key Responsibilities • Acts as a primary on-site Release Manager for Support and Maintenance engagements, providing leadership and oversight for program execution while coordinating closely with offshore delivery team for day-to-day operations., • Owns end-to-end delivery governance, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, cost, budget, and resource commitments, and proactively managing delivery risks and client expectations., • Serves as the single point of contact for the client, facilitating effective communication, alignment, and decision-making between client stakeholders, product owners, and offshore scrum and technology teams., • Collaborates with client leadership, business stakeholders, and internal technology groups to ensure timely delivery with the expected quality, while aligning delivery outcomes with business priorities., • Provides on-site support for offerings and pre-sales activities, including understanding client challenges, identifying opportunities, contributing to solution shaping, and offering insights that align delivery capabilities with client initiatives and vertical strategies., • Drives continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing delivery processes, governance models, and operational metrics, and working with offshore teams to improve efficiency, predictability, and service quality., • Maintains close engagement with all delivery stakeholders, supporting agile execution and Scrum ceremonies as needed, reviewing key deliverables, and ensuring adherence to agreed standards and acceptance criteria., • Proactively identifies, tracks, and manages dependencies, risks, and issues, leading mitigation planning and escalating appropriately to client and internal leadership to resolve blockers and minimize delivery impact., • Leads and anchors delivery governance forums (daily, weekly, and monthly), presenting clear, audience-appropriate status reports, KPIs, and insights to operational teams, senior management, and executive stakeholders., • Promotes a culture of trust, collaboration, transparency, and accountability across client and delivery teams, fostering strong working relationships in a global delivery model., • Plans, directs, and coordinates client-facing delivery activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives and successful achievement of program goals. Requirements Must Have: • Strong understanding of application support and maintenance delivery models, including incident, problem, change, and release management, with the ability to govern outcomes rather than perform hands-on execution., • Working knowledge of enterprise application architectures and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) sufficient to engage in solution discussions, review delivery impacts, and support decision-making with client stakeholders., • Familiarity with distributed systems concepts (e.g., containerized platforms, messaging, databases) to effectively communicate with engineering teams and assess delivery risks., • Understanding of application monitoring and observability practices (e.g., logging, APM, alerts, dashboards) to review service health, SLAs, and operational metrics with clients., • Awareness of batch processing, scheduling, and dependency management in enterprise environments to support planning, release coordination, and issue resolution., • High-level understanding of modern front-end and API-based application ecosystems to enable effective collaboration across full-stack delivery teams., • Solid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD concepts, including release pipelines and environment management, to support delivery planning and stakeholder discussions., • Proven ability to analyze delivery issues and incidents at a program level, drive root cause analysis discussions, and ensure sustainable corrective and preventive actions are implemented by delivery teams., • Strong prioritization, decision-making, and attention to detail, with the ability to balance operational stability with business priorities in a fast-paced client environment., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage effectively with client leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams., • Experience preparing and presenting executive-level status reports, incident summaries, KPIs, and service reviews, translating technical details into business-relevant insights., • Proven experience working in cross-functional and globally distributed teams, acting as a bridge between on-site client stakeholders and offshore delivery teams., • Practical understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks, particularly incident, problem, change, and service level management, from a governance and service-assurance perspective., • Willingness to provide on-site coverage during critical incidents, major releases, or escalation scenarios, as required by client needs (non-rotational)., • Relevant professional or foundational certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, SAFe®, Azure/AWS Fundamentals) preferred, demonstrating commitment to delivery excellence and continuous learning.
