Duties - Oversee all aspects of preschool operations, including curriculum development, staff management, and compliance with licensing regulations. - Manage the budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to meet the needs of the program. - Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the preschool's mission and goals. - Educate staff on best practices in early childhood education and provide ongoing professional development opportunities. - Foster a positive and collaborative environment among staff, parents, and the community. - Conduct regular assessments of educational programs to ensure high-quality learning experiences for children. - Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. - Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff.
