What You’ll Do * Deliver rigorous and engaging math instruction aligned with state standards for 6th grade. * Develop lesson plans that support mastery of key concepts including ratios, expressions, equations, geometry, and data analysis. * Differentiate instruction to meet the varying needs of students, including those needing intervention or enrichment. * Use data-driven practices to assess student progress and adjust instruction for continuous improvement. * Build a positive classroom environment that fosters collaboration, curiosity, and a growth mindset toward mathematics. * Incorporate math-related technology tools to enhance learning and engagement. * Collaborate with grade-level and content teams to develop curriculum and share best practices. * Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and school-wide initiatives. * Perform additional duties as assigned by school leadership.
