Job Description Growing personal injury boutique law firm in Center City Philadelphia, with a reputation for excellence in catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death litigation. With a track record of outstanding results (over $157 million won in settlements or verdicts) and a team-oriented culture, we are expanding and looking to add a skilled personal injury attorney to our practice. Position Summary Firm is seeking an attorney with at least two years of experience handling personal injury matters on behalf of plaintiffs. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a caseload independently and will bring strong litigation skills, professionalism, and a commitment to client service. This position is hybrid, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the week and in our Center City Philadelphia office as needed. Responsibilities • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution, • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and manage discovery, • Take and defend depositions and appear at mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings, • Collaborate with team members, medical experts, and consultants to develop comprehensive legal strategies that align with client objectives, • Maintain regular communication with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members, • Participate in settlement negotiations and trial preparation, • Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal forums, • Monitor and interpret changes in relevant law and assess their potential impact on client matters and case strategies Requirements • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, • Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania, • At least two years of experience in personal injury law, • Strong research, writing, negotiation, and litigation skills, • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment, • Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines What We Offer • Competitive salary commensurate with experience, • Performance-based bonuses, • Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.), • Hybrid work arrangements, • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement, • Supportive and collaborative work environmentCompany DescriptionSpecialized Staffing Firm focusing on Law Firms and Legal EnvironmentsSpecialized Staffing Firm focusing on Law Firms and Legal Environments
