What You’ll Do • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties, • Manage transactions from start to finish, ensuring smooth closings, • Use company leads, exclusive listings, and technology to grow your career, • Generate leads & develop and maintain relationships with clients, • 2 weeks of comprehensive onboarding designed to set you up for success, • Access to company buyer and renter leads, • Exclusive portfolio of 7,000+ NYC rental and sales listings, • One-on-one coaching and ongoing professional development, • Professional marketing tools, CRM, and administrative support, • Collaborative, supportive office culture with a high staff-to-agent ratio, • Recognition as a Best of Zillow team (top 3% nationally), • Intro to Sales, board package coaching, presenting effective sales offers, and listing presentation coaching, • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process, • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood, • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal, • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers, • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth, • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties, • Manage transactions from start to finish, ensuring smooth closings, • Use company leads, exclusive listings, and technology to grow your career, • Generate leads & develop and maintain relationships with clients, • Deliver exceptional service to build lasting client relationshipsQualifications:, • A successful and proven sales history is preferred, • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth, • Show good organizational and time management skills, • Great communication and social skills, • Valid New York State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson (Required), • Self-motivated and driven to build a successful real estate career, • Willingness to work on commission and learn in a fast-paced environmentAbout Company A recent article in the Real Deal notes that “In a city full of remote workers, Platinum Properties’ bustling New York City office speaks volumes about the firm’s commitment to its agents.
