Job DescriptionPosition Overview Howard Hanna \u007C Rand Realty is seeking a driven, growth-oriented Broker Sales Manager to lead, coach, and expand our Jersey City office. This role is ideal for a licensed real estate professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for agent development, and a proven track record in sales performance. The Broker Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring real estate agents while driving office productivity, culture, and profitability. Our company is dedicated to providing exceptional service and fostering growth for professionals in the real estate market.Key Responsibilities Agent Recruiting & Retention • Proactively recruit experienced and new real estate agents to grow the office, • Conduct interviews, onboarding, and integration into company systems, • Provide one-on-one coaching to agents to improve production and performance, • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops, • Ensure compliance with all state and brokerage regulations, • Provide guidance on contracts, negotiations, and complex transactions, • Drive office revenue through increased agent productivity, • Identify local market opportunities and growth initiatives, • Foster a collaborative, energetic, and professional office environment, • Promote company tools, technology, and marketing platforms, • Uphold the brand standards and values of Howard HannaQualifications, • Active New Jersey Real Estate Broker’s License (required), • 3+ years of real estate sales experience (management experience preferred), • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, • Proven ability to recruit and develop talent, • Knowledge of local Jersey City / Hudson County market preferred
