About The Role: The Assistant Program Director (APD) provides leadership and oversight that ensures high-quality, compliant services supporting clients’ housing stability and overall well-being. Instead, the Behavioral Health Practice Manager partners closely with Coaches and program leadership to observe practice, provide feedback, deliver training, and support consistent, trauma-informed engagement across the program. Our residents have experienced significant trauma, resulting in behavioral, emotional, and functional/ development issues. The Residential House offers an extensive independent living skills program, including vocational preparation, and educational services that assists youth towards reaching independence. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Clinical Supervisor has clinical and administrative responsibility for a residential program unit, under the supervision and direction of the Director. The Supervisor is responsible for carrying a small caseload, supervising clinical staff, ensuring the provision of psychotherapeutic, psychiatric and case management services for residents, overseeing administrative processes, and participating in various administrative and team conferences.
