About the Program: The Juvenile Justice Services Program supports up to 40 youth annually-referred by the Nassau County Probation Department-including PINS, JD-RTA, and Adolescent Offenders. Using the SAMHSA-approved MDFT model, we provide clinical treatment to address substance abuse, behavioral challenges, and family dynamics. Responsibilities: As an MDFT Therapist, you will carry a caseload of up to 10 clients and be responsible for: * Developing clinical treatment plans based on assessments and intakes. * Providing individual and family therapy using the MDFT model. * Delivering trauma-informed care in homes, the community, and office settings. * Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and case reviews. * Attending required training and professional development in MDFT and other evidence-based models. * Completing case documentation and electronic medical records accurately and timely. * Performing other duties to meet client, agency, and regulatory requirements.
