Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney specializing in Lending Finance to join our dynamic legal team. This key role will focus on supporting our clients in the commercial finance sector, providing expert advice on various legal aspects, including UCC Article 9, title surveys, lease reviews, corporate structure, and lien searches. The successful candidate will be expected to handle complex financial transactions, conduct thorough legal research, and provide strategic legal solutions. This role demands a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities: 1. Provide legal advice and support to clients on a wide range of lending finance matters, including but not limited to, commercial finance, UCC Article 9, title surveys, lease reviews, and lien searches., 2. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and risk management., 3. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents such as contracts, leases, and loan agreements., 4. Represent clients in legal proceedings, if necessary, and effectively present their case., 5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards., 6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering legal advice that aligns with their business objectives., 7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach to client service., 8. Contribute to the firm's knowledge sharing initiatives by providing insights and updates on developments in lending finance law. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school., 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney specializing in lending finance., 3. Proficient understanding of commercial finance, UCC Article 9, title surveys, lease reviews, corporate structure, and lien searches., 4. Admission to practice law in the state., 5. Exceptional analytical, research, and drafting skills., 6. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines., 7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively in various settings., 8. Strong commitment to maintaining high professional standards and providing exceptional service to clients., 9. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently when required., 10. Demonstrated ability to stay updated with the latest developments in lending finance law.
