Benefits: • 401(k), • Dental insurance, • Health insurance, • Life insurance, • Paid time off, • Work with a nationally recognized team serving private lenders across the U.S., • Exposure to high-volume, high-impact legal work in multiple jurisdictions, • Competitive compensation, benefits package, and growth opportunities Job Details Key Responsibilities • Handle all stages of litigation, from case initiation through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, and settlement negotiations, • Manage foreclosure proceedings and ensure compliance with state-specific legal requirements, • Draft, review, and file litigation documents with precision and within strict deadlines, • Collaborate with clients, title companies, co-counsel, and opposing counsel, • Supervise support staff and coordinate with other departments (closings, title, funding) to ensure seamless legal service, • Monitor case timelines, track deadlines, and prioritize active matters effectively, • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, • Active license to practice in New Jersey (required), • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in foreclosure, real estate litigation, or creditors' rights, • Active license to practice law in the state of New York and/or Pennsylvania (preferred), • Minimum two years of experience in foreclosure law or related legal fields, • Strong working knowledge of Pennsylvania foreclosure statutes and court procedures, • Excellent legal writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills, • Familiarity with foreclosure and litigation software systems, including:, • Provantage, • CaseMax, • LexisNexis Interested in hearing more?
