Medical Benefits 401k PTO Competitive pay Job Details Key Responsibilities Conduct legal research to support attorneys on corporate and litigation matters Assist in preparing internal memoranda, legal summaries, and reports Draft, review, and edit legal documents, contracts, pleadings, correspondence, and discovery materials Perform redlining/blacklining and assist with document comparisons Review corporate entity documents, agreements, and litigation-related filings for consistency and accuracy Assist with document organization, version control, and file management Support attorneys with case management, court filings, discovery, and litigation deadlines Utilize legal technology and AI tools to support research and workflow efficiency Track deadlines and assist in managing multiple active matters Provide general support to the Managing Partner and senior staff as needed Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in a law firm or legal environment Familiarity with legal research, drafting, and document review Experience supporting corporate matters or civil litigation preferred Basic experience with redlining/blacklining preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with document management systems a plus Interest in or exposure to AI tools and legal technology is preferred Bachelor's Degree required Preferred Qualifications Experience with corporate governance, entity formation, or transactional matters Experience supporting civil litigation matters, including discovery and court filings Bankruptcy and/or foreclosure experience is a plus Interested in hearing more?
