Job Description Pay: $15 - $25 per hour (Starting pay depends on experience; specific skills like welding help) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Occasional half-day overtime on Saturdays) About the Role We are a family-owned business looking for more than just a temporary worker. This business is our pride and joy, and we treat it with immense care. We are seeking 2-3 dedicated individuals who will treat this company with that same level of ownership and respect. We are looking for candidates who want steady, long-term employment. Our goal is to train you in every aspect of the warehouse—from washing to repairs—with the potential for the right person to eventually step into a Foreman/Leadership role. We want someone we can trust, rely on, and build a future with. Is This the Right Fit for You? (A Guide to Our Daily Workflow) We want you to succeed from day one! To make sure this role aligns with your career goals and physical comfort, here is a transparent look at what a typical day looks like in our facility. The Work Environment Our warehouse is the heart of our operation. Because it is an open industrial space, it is subject to the seasons (warm in the summer and brisk in the winter). You’ll be working closely with water and industrial cleaning solvents, so it’s a role for those who don’t mind a bit of a "hands-on" environment where getting wet or dirty is just part of a productive day’s work. Physical Expectations This is an active, high-energy position. You can expect to be on your feet and moving for the duration of a 9–10 hour shift. We take pride in our steady workflow, so if you enjoy a fast-paced day where the time flies by because you're constantly in motion, you’ll feel right at home here. Equipment & Roles • A "Floor-First" Approach: While forklift experience is a fantastic asset, please note that our team members spend about 90 - 100% of their time performing manual tasks on the floor. You will be expected to learn all roles in the warehouse. We will train you on the mechanics, but you must be willing to learn: • Industrial Cleaning: Washing, rinsing, and drying IBC totes using pressure washers, steam cleaners, and specialized cleaning solutions., • Testing & Quality Control: Using pressurized air testers to check for leaks and inspecting totes for cleanliness/defects according to strict customer specs., • Repairs & Maintenance: replacing valves, caps, and cages; applying thread sealant/tape; and performing light repairs (including basic welding—we can train you on this)., • Material Handling: Moving, pushing, and positioning containers manually., • Reliability: We prioritize candidates with a stable work history. If you change jobs every few months, this is not the right fit. We are looking for commitment., • Ownership Mindset: We need self-starters who take pride in their work and don't need constant supervision to stay busy., • Non-Negotiable: Authorized to work in the U.S., • Non-Negotiable: Ability to stand and perform manual labor for 10-hour shifts., • Non-Negotiable: Reliable commute to the warehouse., • Non-Negotiable: Attention to detail (you must ensure containers meet specific safety and cleanliness standards)., • Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable working with machinery (pressure washers, grinders, air testers)., • Language: Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a huge plus, though not required., • Competitive hourly pay with performance-based growth., • Time-and-a-half overtime opportunities., • Benefits package available (details provided during hiring).
