Job DescriptionAbout the Role We are seeking an experienced Front Office Receptionist to join a busy, patient-centered medical practice in Shrewsbury, NJ. This role is ideal for a highly organized, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients and work closely with the provider and broader team to support daily front office operations. You will help ensure a seamless, professional patient experience from initial scheduling and check-in through check-out and follow-up. This is a hands-on, onsite role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and emotional intelligence. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, team-oriented, comfortable with technology, and confident balancing multiple responsibilities in a busy practice. This is not an entry-level role and is hiring ASAP.
