Promote and assist in selling cruise shore excursion products to enhance the guest experience. Ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all guests throughout the tour. Work closely with cruise staff and local partners to ensure seamless operations. Requirements Flexibility to work according to cruise itineraries. All schedules will be provided in advance. Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Successful candidates will be required to pass a background check. Strong public speaking and group management skills. Fluency in both Chinese and English; proficiency in Fuzhou dialect or Cantonese preferred.
