Key Responsibilities: Preventive & Corrective Maintenance • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment such as mixers, pumps, compressors, and HVAC systems., • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues independently or with limited guidance., • Maintain and service batching systems, compounding equipment, filling lines, and lab support tools., • Support calibration and routine performance testing of facility systems., • Follow all OSHA, GMP, and OnScent safety protocols when carrying out maintenance tasks., • Recommend and implement improvements to equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency., • Participate in building and organizing a scalable maintenance program as the company expands., • Work with production, quality, and EHS teams to maintain a safe and efficient facility., • Provide maintenance support during audits, inspections, and emergency situations., • High school diploma or GED required; technical/trade school certification is a plus., • 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (fragrance, chemical, food, or pharmaceutical industries preferred)., • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively resolve maintenance issues., • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills., • Basic understanding of PLCs, instrumentation, and automated systems., • Strong communication skills, Spanish helpful, but not necessary., • Ability to read and understand blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals., • Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments; forklift experience is a plus., • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment with strong fragrance odors present., • Must be willing to be on-call for emergency repairs and flexible with shift scheduling when required.
