Job DescriptionOperating Room Nurse Manager – Cardiac Surgery & Thoracic Transplant Job Category: Clinical Supervisor / Manager Location: Greater New York Area About the Role We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse Manager to lead our Cardiac Surgery and Thoracic Transplant team in a state-of-the-art surgical pavilion. As the Nurse Manager, you will provide 24/7 leadership and accountability for unit operations, staff performance, and patient outcomes. You’ll oversee a team of 20–25 professionals, including nurses, surgical techs, anesthesia techs, and perioperative assistants, supported by two Assistant Nurse Managers.
