JOB SUMMARY The Beauty Ambassador is responsible for delivering professional retail sales training to the spa team, emphasizing product knowledge and effective selling techniques. This role also includes providing expert consultations and makeup applications to guests, supporting the achievement of daily and monthly sales goals, and assisting in closing retail sales. A key focus is building lasting connections with returning spa guests through proactive clienteling practices, staying in touch to foster relationships and drive incremental retail sales. Taking advantage of personalized outreach tools provided by brand marketing and corporate programs will further support these efforts. The Beauty Ambassador is expected to consistently meet established monthly sales targets to ensure success in this role.
