Manager, Market Intelligence manages the development and execution of our market intelligence, market research, and competitive intelligence functions, to support downstream market strategy execution and measurement of its results. Qualifications • 3–5 years of relevant CPG, food brokerage, grocery retail, or food wholesale/distribution industry experience is required, preferably in business development, account management, sales, buying, or category management., • Experience working with grocery retailers, wholesalers, distributors, or consumer brands, with prior experience supporting Wakefern, Key Food, Allegiance Retail Services, Nassau Candy, or similar NY Metro customers preferred., • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills., • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple vendors, accounts, projects, and deadlines simultaneously., • Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment., • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate customer portals, retailer systems, data platforms, and other business applications., • Ability to regularly travel throughout the NY Metro market for customer headquarters calls, meetings, and account visits, along with periodic in-office time at our Piscataway, NJ office.
