Seeking a Professional cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties. Dep Management is looking for someone to join our team for DEP CLEAN. Dep management is a property management company that manages multiple properties and projects across New Jersey and New York. We are looking for an experienced cleaner to maintain our properties and offices throughout the week. This position requires someone with license and vehicle to get them to and from job sites . This position will also require individual to have availability 5-6 days a week about 40 hours a week. - clean condos, condo common areas , offices, homes, apartments, and apartment building common areas. - travel to and from sites independently - sweep - mop - dust - using vacuuming equipment; vacuum and clean carpets, perform further cleaning. such as stain removal - disposing of trash from bins and containers - scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in private and public bathrooms - cleaning windows glass surfaces, and mirrors - polishing furniture and room accessories as needed - organize - Bathroom services - Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning supplies equipment, and products. - keeping all public spaces neat and tidy - reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job. - ability to follow verbal direction - ability to work alone - able to adapt to change schedules or routines - excellent time management skills - pays attention to detail while cleaning - reliable and punctual - physically able to reach stretch bend and walk during the daily routine - ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift 25/30 pounds (vacuum cleaner supplies) - general knowledge of cleaning products supplies and techniques of cleaning
