Qual ificatio • nsRequiredBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or a rela, • ted field.Minimum 5 years of senior-level multi-site healthcare or dental operations leadership e, • xperience.Demonstrated success leading multiple locations, regions, or, • practices.Strong understanding of practice operations, scheduling, patient flow, revenue cycle management, and business performanc, • e metrics.Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to analyze operational and financial perform, • ance data.Ability to travel extensively throughout Pen nsylvania • . PreferredMaster's degree (MBA, MHA, or rela • ted field).Dental Service Organization (DSO), • experience.Experience overseeing high-growth multi-location healthcare org, • anizations.Knowledge of dental industry regulations and compliance re quirements.
