Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the provision of services, assisting with the oversight of administrative processes, and clinical supervision of staff in the Staying OnTrack program setting. The “Staying OnTrack,” is a step-down community-based, peer-led continuing care model designed to bridge the gap between OnTrack NY discharge and readiness for outpatient services. This trauma-informed, client-centered program provides flexible, lower-intensity support tailored to individual needs, helping participants sustain progress and prepare for long-term recovery. The Staying OnTrack participants will receive clinical support (psychiatric assessments, medication management, care coordination, counseling & case management, peer support, wellness & psychoeducation, coaching on coping skills, self-management, and social integration ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: List all essential job duties.
