Job Description Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist (Healthcare Recruiting) Location: Hybrid – Garden City, NY (On-site 2 days per week) Compensation: $30–$35 per hour Duration: 6–8 Week Temporary Assignment (Immediate Start) ABOUT US SVP supports OCLI Vision, one of the largest multi-specialty ophthalmology networks in the U.S. We provide world-class eye care while fostering a collaborative, employee-focused culture. THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-paced recruiting team. In this hybrid role, you will support hiring across multiple ophthalmology practices, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to ensure an efficient and high-quality recruitment process. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare recruiter who can quickly step in, manage requisitions, and help drive hiring results during a temporary team coverage period. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding, • Recruit for key clinical and administrative roles including:, • Ophthalmic Technicians, • Medical Scribes, • Medical Receptionists, • Partner closely with Hiring Managers, Regional Leaders, and HR to align on hiring needs, • Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed, • Manage job postings and candidate pipelines in the ADP Applicant Tracking System, • Conduct candidate phone screens and coordinate onsite interviews, • Prepare and extend offer letters, • Ensure clear communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process WHAT YOU BRING • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare or clinical environments, • Experience recruiting for clinical or patient-facing healthcare roles, • Ability to start immediately and support a temporary assignment (with potential for extension or permanent placement), • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, preferably ADP Recruitment, • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills, • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity WHO WE ARE Our team includes leading experts in ocular, oculoplastic, and retinal medicine.
