We Are Looking For The RF Quality Inspector is responsible for communicating with suppliers as needed and handles the disposition and control of non-conforming products. Additionally, this individual will review and disposition all certification documentation to meet traceability requirements per drawing, AS standards, and Company Quality standards. They will perform First Articles for submission to customers and review and approval of First Articles from suppliers among other duties as assigned. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) • Conducts dimensional inspections per design record and documented AQL levels; Conducts visual inspections for obvious defects, • Review and disposition all certification documentation to meet traceability requirements per drawing, AS standards, and Company Quality standards, • Communicates with suppliers as needed, • Dispositions and control of non-conforming product, • Obtain and maintain Customer Designated Supplier Quality Representative Stamps (DSQR) for at least 2 customers, • Review and approval of First Articles from suppliers, • Perform First Articles for submission to customers, • Identify and communicate opportunities to increase inspector productivity and assist with RCCA activities pertaining to Inspection.
