About the role January Digital is looking to fill a Growth Team Account Manager role for our team. This role requires a growth minded individual with excellent communication skills and prior expertise executing across the digital landscape. You will be responsible for executing, managing and communicating successful outcomes for a client's digital marketing portfolio. Managed channels include: paid search, paid social, programmatic display and video. A successful Growth Team Account Manager has the ability to focus on and communicate the core elements of multi-channel management, execution, strategy and analysis. JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for leveraging clinical nutrition expertise and patient education to support patients receiving complex infusion therapies while advancing the organization’s parenteral nutrition (PN) growth strategy. As part of the sales team, the specialist combines clinical insight with relationship-building skills to support high-quality patient outcomes while contributing to market development, provider engagement, and sustainable business growth. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Call on hospitals, physicians, clinics, skilled rehabs and any ancillary referral sources to educate and assist in gaining parenteral nutrition referrals., 2. Assist in patient education and coordination of referral management to ensure a successful on-boarding process to KabaFusion including assisting in obtaining all necessary documentation from the referral source to ensure the patient is a safe home infusion candidate and meets payer qualification to secure reimbursement., 3. Manage and ensure intake processes for parenteral nutrition patients are compliant with ACHC and government regulations. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations., 4. Lead and facilitate nutrition support team meetings and patient care conferences and contribute appropriate clinical information. Coordinate clinical plans of care with the nutrition support teams., 5. Identify potential growth opportunities for parenteral nutrition. Develop and maintain customer relationships. Serve as a content expert for sales support activities which may include providing continuing education programs., 6. Coordinate and conduct in-services and meetings with physicians, hospital discharge planners and other key decision makers, 7. Collaborate with operational or other sales counterparts on referral management, marketing reporting and various reimbursement and collections reports., 8. Participate in national and local nutrition organizations., 9. CAMBA’s Magnolia House is located in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn serves 200 single women at any given time. The majority of these clients are diagnosed with mental illness, some dually with chemical addictions as well. WSFSSH develops, manages, and provides housing for low- income older persons, many of whom live with mental illness and/or have experienced homelessness. WSFSSH currently owns and operates nearly 2,400 units in 29 buildings located in Manhattan and the Bronx. The Claremont is a model housing program and is located in the Claremont neighborhood of the Bronx. It has 90 supportive housing units for persons who are 50 and older most of whom have experienced homelessness, have a serious mental illness and/or substance use disorder.. In addition, there are 24 units of affordable family housing. Job Description: Under the supervision of the Managing Director of Congregate Care, the Claremont Director provides leadership and is responsible for establishing and maintaining a supportive housing community. The Director works closely and collaboratively with the Claremont Clinical Coordinator/Associate Director to assure that staff is supported and resident needs are met. The Director is responsible for the smooth and safe operation of the building; staff supervision, operating the property within the budget, facility maintenance, compliance, resident relations and working with the social service team to keep the residents stably housed. (WSFSSH) is a community‐based organization whose mission is to provide safe, affordable housing with supportive services within a residential setting which enhances the independence and dignity of each person. WSFSSH develops and manages housing and provides social services for low‐income older persons, many of whom live with mental illness and/or have experienced homelessness. WSFSSH currently owns and operates nearly 2400 units in 29 buildings located in Manhattan and the Bronx. In this newly created position, the Area Manager will report to the Deputy Director/Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the oversight, smooth and safe operation of buildings owned and operated by WSFSSH.
