CFSB is seeking an experienced AVP, Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing organization. The successful candidate is proactive and passionate about supporting human capital management, people and culture initiatives. The AVP, Talent Acquisition Partner drives the recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs, sourcing and screening top talent, guiding candidates through the hiring process, and ensuring a successful match between hiring needs and candidates’ experiences, interests, and career goals. This role aims to contribute to the company's mission by identifying and hiring the talent that drives innovation and success. This is a hybrid role reporting on-site to our headquarters 3 days a week. Responsibilities: • Lead full cycle recruiting for highly strategic and complex roles across multiple teams, this includes the entirety of the Bank, • Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies that go beyond traditional methods, • Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior leadership and hiring managers, providing market insights, influencing hiring decisions, and presenting weekly search updates., • Proactively manage multiple high-priority pipelines, leveraging a deep understanding of market trends and business priorities., • Elevate the overall candidate experience by implementing best practices and serving as a brand ambassador, ensuring a seamless and positive journey from initial contact through onboarding., • Maintain data integrity and leverage reporting in our applicant tracking system (ADP) to provide strategic insights and drive process improvements., • Mentor and guide junior team members to improve hiring outcomes., • Learn from senior team members, develop your recruiting expertise, and demonstrate a growth mindset., • Running point and troubleshooting employee issues/matter; facilitate employee requests and questions, resolving or escalating as needed., • Ensure positive experience for all candidates by providing timely, accurate, relevant feedback to internal and external candidates., • Stay abreast of technology trends in the fintech industry., • Assist, conduct, and analyze ad-hoc to support our People initiatives. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Sound knowledge across the employee lifecycle with experience supporting and working in different functional areas of People Operations (Human Resources)., • Familiarity with the entire recruitment cycle, experience sourcing, managing candidates, and supporting hiring managers within the Technology/FinTech industry., • Problem-solving aptitude and a positive attitude are a must., • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality around personal information., • Strong communication skills and even stronger interpersonal skills., • Considerable initiative and judgement., • Commitment to the betterment of CFSB people initiatives., • Strong technical skills; experience with ATS applications., • Ability to maintain exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment., • Strong analytical skills., • Strong integrity and character; accountability and personal organization are essential., • Ability to work independently as well as being a team player., • Ability to work onsite minimum 3 days a week. Education, Training, and Experience: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience., • Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Capital Management., • Experience using ATS; ADP is a plus., • Experience working in the Fintech industry is a plus., • Experience with Performance Management and Employee Training., • Demonstrated proficiency using MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and MS Outlook. Salary Range: $120,000 - $135,000 / year "Base salary range does not include performance-based bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience."
