Our Charlton Family Medicine of Ballston Lake office is looking for a Full Time LPN to join their team! This is a 40 hour week. The hours are: Monday through Thursday 8:15 am - 5:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am - 4:00 pm. This position is eligible for up to a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus!!
